            As for it, what do you mean when you say high? I understand that low refers to a voltage, for example 3.3V of +3VS...
            When you say high, do you mean that there should not be a voltage or that it should exceed what is understood as a normal value? Excuse my ignorance, I'm just trying to understand your guide. Thanks again :chulo:

              Usually a reballin/missing pad issue under the pch/fch. That signal come out from the chipset and pass through the crystal, then goes inside again. Well that or the crystal is broken. This on the other hand happen when too much heat is applied, usually after a reballing/chip replacement, process.
