Dell N5010 no power on

Hi guys....
Today i got a dell n5010 with no power on.....
1. i found that no enable (EN) voltage at RT8206b
2. i found that no AC_IN voltage at EC
3. No voltage at power button and no 5v and 3v out put...

I inject the 3.3v AC_In voltage but no EN voltage at RT8206b

Whats the problem........ any body suggest me......

there is a post if you search where it say if 3.3v on AC_In the chipset its bad

Hi,
i have repaired two laptop whith this syptom and it was a shorted capacitor near the 3/5 REGU, just replace it and it goes fine.
