2019 16" macbook pro that came to me for a diagnostic. it charged the battery up without a problem but doesn't power up. and with the battery detached it will show 20v and 0 amps on a usb-c amp meter. i went around the board looking for a short but found nothing obvious

Today i have a challenge... New Asus UX582Z laptop with 2 screen.
The motherboard is well powered and the charger is not in a short circuit. Before the computer no longer turns on, it no longer charges the battery, then once the battery runs out, the computer obviously does not turn on anymore.
I noted several voltage points on the motherboard, but it seems that at the battery charge output the voltage is not correct.
I have the impression that a mosfet does not open a few times because it lacks power on the main one while the power is ok on... -
Good afternoom, my HP laptop with board Compal LA-G07JP only starts with battery but with something anormal :
- With only battery startup is normal.
- With only AC adapter same voltages but no EC_ON, no power up.
- Powered off AC adapter charges battery normally.
- With AC adapter charging battery as soon power on is pressed, charge is interrupted and laptop begins to run from battery.
No way to run from AC adapter. Which can be the reason?... -

I have a Y50-70 gaming laptop. It has a problem where it charges up fine when the laptop is off, but when it's on, it doesn't.
I've tried a new 135w charger + new Lenovo battery and a new charging port but it made no difference.
I've updated all the drivers and still no difference.
Could it be down to a dodgy chip? I'll see if i can find a schematic and someone on here might be able to direct me where to test

I have re-soldered the loose pins on the RAM slot which is a common fault on these models..
It charges and turns on the power LED but is missing several voltages like RAM and CPU do not come up which I believe is due to MAINON & SUSON being missing to turn these supplies on..
What I am un-sure of is what is the ITC chip waiting for to send out these signals, what are the requirements?
I have checked these lines in diode mode and they seam normal -> 600.
I have checked to see if they come on for even a fraction of a second...
