The power adapter is under rated or is being perceived as being under rated. On HP, an analog voltage is used to gauge the power adapter's rating. Check the model's adapter rating and be sure it matches or exceeds this value. Check the bios to confirm which power adapter rating is being detected. -

Let me tell you a little bit about what happened to my laptop (MSI GF63 THIN 11UCX model: MS-16R6) that “maybe” you know how to solve this problem.
So before this problem happened, my laptop was running smoothly. When I wanted to restart my laptop, it looked fine at first.
