What is the voltage to ground of SSD_PMU_RESET_L? If at 0v, continue to measure the following points of interest:
(in order of the power up sequence chart - report any that are at 0v; continue otherwise to check each)

I also checked voltage on R7900 (I read on forum that sometimes this resistor is the problem.) There is 3.3V on both sides.Comment

Hi guys i have my personal MacBook Pro 2015 820-00165 board that was working fine for more than a year and one day stopped working on my original Magsafe charger. It was turning on with my bench power supply. Opened it up and while diagnosing that somehow i ended up with a shorted smc.The line which was shorted was SMC_PM_G2_EN. I removed the SMC and short was gone. So all I had was another working donor board 820-3435 which i used to program it's SMC to 820-00165 using the SMCTOOL By MuertoGB.Took that SMC and use it on my 820-00165 board .And my board started working again. by mferna14Hi all, working on a MacBook Air A2179 EMC 3302 stuck on Apple Logo. Came in dead. There was spillage on both of the USB-C Charge port connector. I replaced the cap 4.7UF 25V near the speaker connector as it was corroded. Replaced USB-C connector with a new one & now I get display. The problem is that gets stuck on the Apple logo & sometimes it even boots up into OS after a very long time & the CPU fan spins fast. Kindly any repair tips will be appreciated. Do these logic board have BIOS, so that I could do a clean up or load a new dump. Thanks in advance.

by sdogsHappy Sunday everyone,
I have this Macbook Pro 15 A2141 820-01700-A stuck at 5V, it doesn't have any liquid marks or burn marks, I have carefully inspected the logic with the microscope and have not found any anomalies.
By connecting the usb-c tester I could see that it is blocked at 5v, and as a first measurement I checked PPBUS_G3H which has a voltage value of 0.8v and measured in 0.06 ohm diode mode.
I read a bit in the forum and I tried to inject 1v on the F7000 not having any current absorption, I then went up to 1.5v and I had a light current absorption (0.10Amp) and... -
by oxonaterHi everyone hope all are well
I need a little expert advice on a issue I have and seeing as this forum is full of clever people I thought ask here as you never know.
I recently repaired a logic board 820-01700 which belongs to a 16" 2019 Macbook Pro, however I seem to be missing a component near the T2 Rom chip and is U4730.
The schematics say this chip is (M34128-FCS6_P/T) and it also says there is a bypass for it wondered if anyone come across either the IC or the bypass method.
I suppose it's worth noting googling the part package brings up various... - Loading...
