My iPad Air 4 is stuck in DFU mode.

I tried restoring it with iTunes but it failed with Error 9. With 3Utools, it gets stuck at “Sending RootTicket” and times out.

The PP2V625_NAND line was shorted, so I removed the faulty capacitor and attempted recovery again, but the issue persisted.

The short is resolved, but the resistance value is low at 5.5Ω.

Measuring the voltage on that line showed 8.3mV.

Will installing a normal capacitor resolve this?

I found a short circuit on the PP5V_G3S.
So I removed the motherboard to look for the faulty part. Then the short circuit was gone.
The short circuit only happened when I connected one of the fans.
I pressed the power button with it disconnected, and it booted up.
