transferred the processor but can't pass DFU. Apple logo turns on and progress is interrupted. and error 10 appears. what else needs to be transferred along with the processor?

after transferring u5000, the MacBook was restored but there is no network. I suspect that the Wi-Fi module also needs to be transferred?

as I assumed, the WiFi chip also needs to be moved, otherwise the network won't work. total: for the successful operation of the m1 processor on the new board, only 3 chips need to be moved.

You are absolutely right about U0600, U0500, U0500, UL000 (I forgot), but I have not transferred U1970 and the MacBooks work properly! What is U1970 responsible for? I tried to install U1970 with MDM (like with T2) on MacBooks to remove MDM, but there is no serial number on this chip. The Mac remains with MDM. How did you solve this problem?

                        Hi, just one question?
Isn't there MDM unlocking on the M1/M2/M3 series?

MacBook Air A2337 (820-02016) USB-C Port Issue – Only Works in One Orientation (CC Line Problem?)
                            by rounin
                            Hi everyone,

I'm working on a MacBook Air 2020 (A2337, board 820-02016) and running into a strange USB-C issue. I've gone through quite a bit of testing and part replacement, but I'm stuck — hoping someone here can shed some light.

                            🛠 Original Issue
                            The machine initially wouldn't negotiate 20V over USB-C — stuck at 5V.
Diagnosis showed PP1V5_UPC0_LDO_CORE shorted to ground.

I replaced U3100 (UF400) using a donor board (A2179), and the machine powers on fine now.

⚠️ New Problem: One USB-C Port Only Works in One Orientation...

                            Hello everyone,

About me, my goal and the equipment I (don't) have:
I am brand new to this forum, and I am eager to learn about repairing laptops. I have an engineer background although I haven't done electronics for a while. I have watched several Youtube videos in the last two months, trying to understand how to diagnose a faulty motherboard. I have a USB-C Amp meter and a classic multi meter. No DC Power Supply to inject voltage, no soldering iron to replace components.

About my issue and my goal:
A friend of mine has a MacBook Air M1 A2337 that does not...

where to get trusted CD3217. Problem with A2337 Macbook Air
                            by Adogabriel100
Hey! As the title says. i don't know if this is the right place to ask but i need to get trusted USB C Controllers (CD3217-CD3215) For macs and dont know where to get them. i dont know if you guys know where is a good place to get it.

The thing is that i have a Macbook air A2337 M1 and i dont have a donnor board to get the CD3217. So i try the CD3217 from a A2141 Board and at first, whitout his eprom it does not convert 5v to 20v. then i put the original CD3217 eprom from the A2141 and then the macbook A2337 conver the 5v to 20v but still not turning on. i guess that the CD3217 is...

Apple Macbook Air M1 A2337 Trackpad problem
                            by Skrndelj
                            Hello all,

                            I am repairing a Macbook A2337 and i have a problem
The Macbook is stuck in restore as someone before me tried a DFU restore and bricked the device, now i can't do a restore as AC2 throws error 1 which is related to the trackpad.
When i turn on the device i get the trackpad click for a few moments and then nothing, i tried 7 trackpads and 7 trackpad flats, i know all 7 are functioning okay, especially one as i use it for testing and DFU restore.
I inspected the whole board and everything seems fine.
Can anyone help me as i didn't fiddle with trackpad...

                            Hey,
I'm working on a MacBook Air M1. I'm pretty sure the U8100 is not working correctly. But I never had to change it before, so I wanna ask anyone of you guys to confirm (or not confirm) my thoughts on it.

                            USB Tester: 5V / 0,00A
                            PPBUS_AON: 12,3 V
                            PP5v_S2: 0 V no short
                            PP3v3_S2_UPC: 0 V no short
                            PP1v25_S2: 0 V no short
                            PPDCIN_AON_CHGR_R: 5 V
no enable signals for the S2 rails by the U8100

                            both CR3217 (UF400, UF500), are supplied by 5V (Fuses FF200 and FF201)
                            PP3v3_UPC0_LDO: 0 V, 0,5V diode mode to gnd
                            PP1v5_UPC0_LDO_CORE:...
