How to use EV2400 clone battery programer?

Hello.
As someone suggest i bought this EV2400 clone battery programmer. Now i have one battery that need to check, but i cannot find topic with guide.

So what program should i use and how to check that battery?

i must use some ev2400 compatibility software so it wont give error of not found ev2300

There are 2 different models from TI. EV2300 and the newer EV2400.

guys i still cannot connect to battery gauge. still no comunication.

i use EV2400 with battery management studio with BQ40z50R2 in battery with SDA/SCL, but still no comunicatios?

any hint?

Take a photo of how you connect the battery with EV2400. But even if you can established a communication with the battery, you will need a password to unseal the battery before modifying any parameters.
