Review the headphone connector on the audio board. Use compressed air to blow out any gremlins.
The audio board may need to be replaced for the same reason.

The problem is not in the connector or in the sound board because I install another motherboard and there is sound! I also installed a 3.5mm jack card from another laptop and there is no sound.Comment

Check diode value of R5300, R5301, R5305, R5306. Maybe the contact between T2 chip and the pad is not good.Comment

check if the connector on motherboard where you connect audio board is ok. I have this issue on other macbook connector where audio board flex was connecting wasn't making good contact on one side (with naked eye it wasn't visible but under microscope it was clear that the issue is there) and therefore i was able to see speakers, increase / decrease audio, audio via headphone jack was working but internal speakers where not outputting any sound.Comment

if the sound works through the 3.5mm connector, then T2 initializes the sound to the board and the problem is not in T2!? I'm thinking correctly since I've already transplanted T2 2 times, it didn't help either and there weren't any unsoldered nickels
