Macbook Pro A1286 power on problem

Hi all, i have an issue with this Macbook, MB code 820-2850

Magsafe light always green, battery not charging, pressing power button nothing happend....

    tried smc bypass, not work

    take apart motherboard :

tested voltage, magsafe connected 12v on PPBUS_G3H (all 12v rail) changes between 7v and 12v continuously

only battery connected 12v ok but no power

tried 16,5 volts from universal notebook adapter, soldered on ground and first fuse, 12v rail ok and not change but no power

    any ideas?? thanks

chek with boardview , were to find SMC_ONOFF_L or SMC_ON_OFF_L
you will see ++3ghot power signal 3.42 volts
short with GND , it should turn on
reove keyboard , and remove battery , without battery macbook should turn on alone as well
if not , could be bad SMC or bad SMC contact
meanwhile here it is , BDV and schematic for the board you need
          Attached Files
