DV6 QUANTA UT3 Touch Panel LEDs always on

Hi.Motherboard is DV6 UT35UMADDR3. There was water damage so i checked and found out that PU5 and PQ4 was burnt so i replaced both and laptop is now working. The problem now is that the moment battery or adaptor is inserted the touch panel lights up together with HDD LED(amber light) without power switch being pressed, but the screen stays dark.(I noticed that the screen lights up together with panel and HDD LED when SPI EEPROM is removed from the board but when SPI EEPROM is on board the screen stays dark).I have cleaned the whole board with solvent. The board powers up fine but when it is powered off the panel LEDs and HDD LED (amber light) stay on which drains battery.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks.

when you turn it off and it does that use your dmm to trace what is all getting power still, sounds like a controller chip somewhere is bad and stuck on, and it will read short when no power at all...

Problem solved.Checked PQ32 (MAINON) and found out PR133 (1M) had cold solder due to oxidation at connection to +VIN (19v) so laptop works fine now..
