On the right bottom side it has a start/stop button (normally it is illuminated, when I took the picture it was blinking I took at the wrong time
). and the touch area there is not working, maybe if I am able to touch the most right bottom in a maybe 1 square millimeter area it works. also generally if I touch the normal place where the start stop icon is, the weight + and - areas register so there is a touch calibration problem in that area. All icons maybe 60% of the left side register correctly in their respective size. Siemens service recommends replacing the control pcb and screen (nearly costing half price of the machine). Is there anything I can do?

by trepachkaI am trying to convert a HP EliteBook 840 G7 notebook from a non-touch to a touchscreen. I purchased a complete touch LCD assembly with a screen/back cover/bezel/video cable and swapped it out with the original non-touch LCD assembly.
The screen works but the touch does not. I know the new LCD assembly is completely functional because we tried it on a similar touchscreen EliteBook 840 G7 and the touch works there.
I contacted the seller and he said screen conversion like this will not work due some difference in the motherboard for non-touch and touch capable EliteBook 840 G7.

I was trying to source a new LED display but I cant figure out how to try and source one. the information on the back of the display is 13669-LED-A-A173-161007-RoHs. Its also a negative display witha 17v supply for the LED back light and the connectors are 26 pin x 2. What do i have to provide to try and source one of these?...

by mojos911Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a replacement for the red LEDs used in a Fisher & Paykel 10 kg top-load washing machine. Each LED is about 6 mm long, mounts flush to the PCB with side tabs, and measures around 1.7 V forward voltage in diode-test mode. The marking on the body is “3A56,” but I can't find any matches for that in part searches. I've attached photos to show the shape and mounting style.
If anyone has sourced an equivalent or knows a suitable replacement, I'd really appreciate your input. Thanks in advance for the help!... -
by Nick NougatI'm posting this here since there does not seem to be a more fitting category.
The Device
The Gigaset DA810A is a landline telephone with an LCD screen, an answering machine and integrated telephone book. I have the version for the European (i.e. German) market.
It has two separate modules that can operate independently of each other: One is the basic telephony part that always works and is powered by the DC voltage coming through the telephone wire. It relies the TEA1110A telephone transmission and dialler chip for that.
The 'smart' part of the phone with the answering... - Loading...
