Most likely over heating. Is the fan working?

fan works fine, but there is something not working properly, the working voltage in nec Tokin always changing.

If it's software monitoring, don't trust it it's pretty much useless. Sounds like it could be bad RAM. Take out 1 stick of RAM at a time and see if it stops freezing. It doesn't blue screen or anything?

+1 to what pentium 4 said.

Download memtest, burn to disc and boot it up, run it for a while and see if you get any errors.

If not it still may be over heating.

Does the fan come on at full speed?

since you've isolated you HDD already, it is time for the RAM. try memtest.
Virus and malware may also cause this issue so your antivirus, malwarebytes and ccleaner may help you in that area.

That is normal, its to do with the way the CPU reduces power consumption.
Does the A200 run longer when powered just from battery?
