Acer TMX314-51 laptop battery problem

I have acer laptop tmx314-51 with part no 6050A3020501.
The laptop is working fine on adapter and battery is also charging and when adapter is disconnected in on state the laptop gives backup on battery and gives good backup.
But when laptop is powered on through battery only the laptop does not power on and there is 0 voltage on battery connector.
I have not not tried another battery as it is not available locally could this be a battery problem.have checked discharging mosfet and there is no shorting to ground on any pin of battery connector.
The schematic is not available for this motherboard help me solve this problem.thanks

Check battery mosfet @ Q60012.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure:

source / drain
source / gate
gate / drain

Post each measurement.

Drain to source is 440 ohms
Drain to gate shows 3 mega ohns
Gate to source shows 3.5 mega ohns

Way too low for a good mosfet. Flux and remove this mosfet and test if the mosfet still has the same values. Each measurement must be hundreds of K ohms or higher. Otherwise, replace this mosfet.
