Thanks! I can see the info at 001C7230, but on 001C7200 & 001C7210 there appears to be some kind of string, is that the disc drive key?

Or if not, can you confirm the location of the disc drive key?

EDIT: Looks like the .bins I have are as follows:

1. CFI-1015A
2. CFI-1016A
3. CFI-1016A (2nd one)
4. CFI-1016A (3rd one)
5. CFI-1016A (4th one!!)
6. CFI-1016B
7. CFI-1116B

So that's 5x disc edition ones and 2x digital edition ones.

Just need to figure out where the keys are stored now.

001c:7270-7281 may be drivekey.

i deduced that from the fact that every disc dump is different, but every digital dump is just "FF"

Hello
have 2 ps5 with different problems:
first - pressing power, there is one beep, no image and no cooler;
if press each second, have beep each 7-9 seconds. Checked ssd voltages -.9, 1.2,2.1 one each ssd chip after beep for few seconds, then 0.
Cpu V not initiating, no shorts.

Second - turns on, gets red screen and shuts off randomly - can be 1 minute or 15 minutes, on game or just paused. Did software restore latest - same.

So, I have some BIOS files, but how can you confirm which console they are from? I assume these are encrypted and need to be reversed some kind of XOR value and possibly byte swapping, but I have no idea where in the hex to start looking.

Anyone got any info on this?

Does anyone have a dump for CFI-1016A. I used CFI-1015 provided here, it got better, now makes 3 beeps... Used ps5NORmodifier.

thats a japanese 110. you could try a european 110 (1106) but i dont have any 110 dumps

Hi! I have the CFI-1016a version and the light failed when I was playing. Now the console won't turn on. From what I saw the problem is with the firmware. I've already flashed the various versions that were posted here on the forum and the best I got were the 3 beeps when the power cable was connected. Any other dumps you can post?

*I changed the serial number with PS5 NOR Modifier 1.0.

Hi, I have a problem. I have a PS5 digital with 3 beeps that won't turn on. I read the firmware and verified that it is a CFI-1016B. Thanks to you, I also recovered a working firmware but I don't know how to overwrite the original serial number of the PS5 because NOR MODIFIER does not have the 1016B in its "board version". Can anyone explain or help me?
