Download this bios from asus support

    https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/m...NG-SI-4008.zip

Use UEFITool to remove the 2kb CAP header.

    https://github.com/LongSoft/UEFITool..._A55_win32.zip

Open the bios with uefitool, right click on AMI Aptio Capsule, Extract Body .

I do rename it to .bin and used FD44Editor ! to put seial number ,system UUID and primery card MAC ...I need the system UUID and address MAC!?I need to put those information on BIOS to flash it ! so I need backup .bin of x470 to copy info with FD44Editor , and past it in new BIOS.

Try NeoProgrammer or AsProgrammer software with the CH341A

                https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...04&postcount=7 NeoProgrammer

                https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...6&postcount=10 AsProgrammer

Are you using a sop8 clip or have you desoldered the chip.Desoldering it is the most reliable way. If you do manage to make a backup post it here.Check the backup with a hex editor,it may look empty, as in all FF`s but scroll down further and there should be code.An AMD bios has a different layout to intels, there`s no flash descriptor or ME region.
FD44editor can only add to one area, and the info is usually stored in more than one place, you need to use UEFITool and a hex editor to do it right.

                .

thanks ,I tried both there is no chip mx25u25645gz4 ! I used RT809F another programer
                  and it's work fine
I read the chip first , I found the bios 4012 was on motherbord I took the address MAC and system UUID with FD44Editor to convert the new BIOS, just there is no post same problem no boot ! I tried many bios version ! and same problem after flashing! everything work fine ram ,cpu,gpu... ! and no boot even the keybord and mouse didn't light up!

I don't desoldered the chip there is 8pin of Bios on x470 ! so I used pinout cable and verify the pinout with a continuity tester.
