I have a GA-6VEM which I recapped with 4x 3300uf6.3v and 8x 330uf25v. However I realised that I purchased 85oC rated Rubycons for the 330uf25v part, thus decided to strip em off and fit Panasonic FCs in.
Now I've made a minor but rather fatal mistake, when the one of the 330uf25v cap's lead port at the back got removed. There's the lead port at the top surface of the board, however. Is it feasible if I resolder the cap, this time not fully in, in order to seal the solder at the intact port?
