    Dell Optiplex3000 - 222003-1 | 9PVYR$HA

Hey all. Newbie to this type of work.
    Have a Dell optiplex 3000with a 222003-1 | 9PVYR$HA motherboard. (picture attached)
During a bios upgrade power went out and now the machine won't boot. Wanted to flash the Bios externally using a programmer (Xgecu T48) before giving up and taking it to a shop. Need help locating the actual bios chip on the board itself since there are a few of them that I can see. Any help would be appreciated.
Is there a schematic that shows location of components on the board?
I'm thinking its the gigadevice sop8 that located by the battery? outlined by the white box labele "jespi"

    any thoughts?

If the device has power then Dell's BIOS recovery should work, just download the BIOS update and rename it to BIOS_IMG.rcv, drop it on a USB drive partition that is formatted FAT32. Plug the USB into the computer and press the power button and it should boot to the recovery.
