hi all i am trying to find info on this fet er regulator its made by "on semiconductor" only markings it got is

nd2

cannot find a thing about it kinda need to know today so i can find replacement

Hi - a picture might help if possible one with the part number readable.
Not that I dont trust you but we have spent cumulative hours on here looking for parts with 5 instead of S O instead of 0 8 instead of B Z instead of 2 and so on.,

don't have a camera atm but that's all the numbers on it and i wrote it out as it is on the regulator er fet however, i do know for sure it was made by "on semiconductor" again it read out exactly as shown

and that's it very poor part number if you ask me can't find squat

i double checked the nd2 is actually a n02

looks good same packaging anyhow only thing is i cannot see where the 252 comes into play and 24 volts seems awful high being a cpu voltage regulator not that its getting 24 volts to it there is a 12 volt rail and 5 volt rail in cpu regulator area

i found close replacements should work if you will confirm for me its on an xbox mobo anyhow here the part number

I dont know about the voltage but the 252 is shown on the marking diagram
it relates to when it was made YWW so 52 week of 2002? or second year of production - can only guess.
