    DLink Di-524 troubles

The JTA0302B power supply on my old router stopped working. Thankfully someone here had fixed one of these before so tried replacing the teapo SEK 47uf 25v start cap with a used capxom KM I had laying around and it fired up and put out stable voltage.

While it was down I opened the router and found 4 blown stone 1000uf 10v caps. I found some bigger KMQ 1000uf 16v caps in a old sharp tv I had laying around and wondered if they would work better than the stones that are in it now until I order replacements?

What would be a good cap to replace these with? The stones have no other details than 105c.

    not good,
    only low esr
    types are sufficient,
    as for the defective
    wall power adapter
    that boiled
    these stone caps,
    replace it too,
    if you want
    long turn
    solution

Chemi-Con KY/nichicon PW would be good. I'd replace the CapXon KM too. Replace ALL the Stone caps (if there are more than those 4), they are not reliable at all!

I had planned on replacing the power supply since I went mongo on it to get it apart. Are the CUI brand that digi key sells any good? This should work. http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...5RP-ND/2792482

I've been trying to find info on the stones and looks like I have narrowed it down to either GR(HR) ,HR or XR series due to size (8x14 and being 105c. On yellow stones site it looks like the XR have gold writing so doubt that is it. The other 2 just call it a general purpose and don't mention low esr.

The other caps are sanyo and look to be in good shape.

          Troubles with HP pro x2 612 g2
          by johnjohnjohnjohn
          Hello everybody
I've got big troubles here with an HP pro x2 612 g2

When I plug the charger, nothing light up, and the tablet/laptop doesn't detect it at all, or at least no orange, white, blue or any color led beside the port. Windows doesn't detect it too.
          BUT
If when off, I unplug the battery inside (back shell is removable with only finger nail like some smartphones) then the charger is recognized, charging port led lights up, and the pc works like this, everything is "fine".
I tried carefully to plug the battery when pc already on on AC....

          LG OLED 55EG9100 TCON troubles
          by jfl2507
So I've been having trouble with this TV for years. The symptom was every now and again the image would just freeze and sound would keep playing, a quick power down and power up would fix this until the next freeze. The problem went like this until it started displaying green lines and artifacts as well, also it would not even turn on until it was warmed up. I originally thought it was the main board so after ordering a new replacement it did not fix the issue. Next on the list was a TCON board, I could not find a new one at all, so I bought one that was compatible with my TV used, not exactly...

          Toshiba C70-B charging troubles
          by mr_grey_hat
I have a Toshiba Satellite C70-B (Motherboard AR10SU-6050A2631701-MB-A01) with, I presume, issues with its charging circuit. I had a dead battery for a long while and had to keep the AC connected to be able to use it. I decided to finally replace the battery, but the replacements are not working. The amber power LED blinks repeatedly and the laptop refuses to start. I tried multiple replacement batteries, they all show the same behaviour.

Here is what I know so far:

AC only - OK. Power LED burns white and laptop boots.
AC + dead battery - OK. Power LED burns...

          Dlink Modems Firmware Dump Promblem
          by DBBJAF
          Hi there

          I have 6 D-link modem in three different model 2700u,27430u and 2460u

          2700

The problem is in each couple of those I have one working and one dead modem
I read working modem bios/firmware and use this dump file to write on dead one's bios, but no chance and modem not even power up.

when I change just EEPROM IC of 2 working D-Link modem but use original data they wont turn on but with their original hardware and DATA file they're ok.so i think there must be something that I not aware of something like saved IC identity...
