Hi,

Ive recapped the PSU, the voltages are all ok, but I think the firmware is corrupted.

What symptoms does your LG display?

It turns on, but the data cant be seen coming out of the eprom.
The screen stays completely white,

It sounds to me like the T-CON board may not be getting the DCV to run. Did you check the LVDS cable and the DCV on the T-CON SMD fuse at both ends of the fuse? Did some one work on this monitor before?

Thank you, I didn't realise there wasn't a separate t-con board. The main smd fuse is blown. It only says F1 so I'm not sure what size it's meant to be. What size usually goes on a t-con board?
