Are you saying the pc doesnt detect the monitor.
What does monitor do when switched on - power led? screen flashes?
Cap at bottom right on power supply looks bulged to me.

I see at least one bad cap on the power supply-inverter board, you should replace them as a set.

Actualy data interface cable broken i need interfacing connection vga connecter socket to 1st board connetre cn3 monitor on condition.so please schematic upload

Svga is fairly standard it has changed slightly through the years.
Google "SVGA Pinout" and go to images there are lots make sure you get the one for the
plug and not the socket or it will be wired in reverse. Is the model number not on the back of the monitor or on a label inside the back cover?

I see Xunda brand units inside - a known bad brand of electrolytic capacitor.
