Shure AC Adapter PS60E
Hi All
I had a Shure AC Adapter PS60E that was dead suddenly after a power outage.
Output 15V - 4A
60W Max
Capacitors were
Samxon RT on Primary Side
Samxon GF on Secondary Side
Did some troubleshooting and observed that
SS210 is Shorted at D6
Seeking help to Identify IC2 as comparing with a working adapter, having shorted reading.
Thanks ))))3 Photos

I had deployed on one site before, using ubiquiti, with parabolic antenna
most had raised a good point is LOS
normally my concern is lighting strike on the pole which can fry those connected devices, thus some sites we do this:
Main Office
Customer Network > Customer Network Switch > Fiber Media Converter > Fiber Cable > Fiber Media Converter > Power Injector > Parabolic Antenna
Remote Site
Outdoor Antenna > Power Injector > Fiber Media Converter > Fiber Cable...

Re: Logitech Z906 Power Supply
anyway see this I also shake my head on this SMPS ....
almost the same fate as the altec lansing mx6021
those conductive glue... and when transistors shorts... it bring down those component around.
you are right, risk of missing items also....

Re: Synology NAS - stuck at 10mbps
normally need to inspect the board carefully, and check if there are any possible burnt traces.
check transformer, check network jack and another cable.
check components around the network chip.
another way is to replace the marvell network ic chip.
