Check and see if you do have dc Voltage (5V) on both ends of the fuse F1 with ref to the chassis/secondary side circuit ground. The connector is put back in correctly?

OK, did this problem happen before or after the repair works? Or it was the original problem.

It can be that the main board is not sending the signals (All the signals, which is unlikely unless the chip on the main board is completely dead) so you may want to verify that you do have correct voltages on the main board by at least checking the voltages of the LDO first, if the problem is on the T-CON board, then you also need to check the LDOs and the switching power supplies on that T-CON, you can see some of the voltage test points on the T-CON board.

                Ok i will
I did a research and i found that i am missing one component TC74A5-3.3VCT
                its Temperature sensor
Tomorrow i will replace all Capacitors and i will check everything

If T-CON board is dead can i use another board to replace it i have two monitors with broken display but they are LG Flatron 19"

The T-CON is part of the LCD panel glass assembly, you will have to replace the panel with the same model.

I just checked two M220z-L01 that I have here and both have the 5 pin part at u5 which I think is part # BD5237G-TR
The part in your orange circle is also not installed on mine
and the 3 pin part that looks resoldered is a K1P and probabaly part number MMBT2222A

If you are getting a white screen did you check the fuse/s on the panel board.
What voltage do you get on each side of the fuse with respect to ground.

I did, on first fuse it's showing 4.7v before and after fuse
                                on second fuse 13.8v

but when display is disconnected and orange indicator light start on second fuse voltage bump up to 19.8V

Sorry -I now see I duplicated Budms question fuse is ok - as regards the 14v, it is unregulated so it is normal for it to be higher when the heavy load of the panel light is removed.
I did ask if you have a source connected when testing? some monitors revert to a white screen or a sequence of white blue green red or just sleep instead of displaying " No Signal

i didn't have panel connected when i was testing PSU voltage because when i connect panel there's no space to measure voltage and i cant see what i'm doing

It was connected to my MacBook Pro when i was testing

Hi, I got this Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Xa 3530 Model: MS2244. from a friend and it is powering On, but only functional keys lights up, fan spins and nothing else, screen is black no backlight, and it's staying like that forever. I tried other memory that I know is working, I tried to empty capacitors by holding power button without battery but still nothing. I didn't try new cmos battery, need to disassemble it first to try that. But I don't think even if cmos battery is dead it would give some backlight and picture...I kind of think it's chipset or gpu dead.
I read something on google that...
