    X93W lcd problem

    Hello,
I am trying to repair an Hyundia LCD : X93W
When I turn on this screen, the picture is correct for two minutes, then a few blink and the picture disappear.
But with a closed light, I can see the picture
it is a problem with the backlight
I have ordered the capa kit on the lcdalternatives site, changed them but the problem is still there, I was quite sure about these capas ???
The only one, I have not changed, it is this one (100uF/450v) near the power supply, it was not in the kit
I am not an electronicien, and I don't know what to do next
I couldn't not find any information on this screen ?
I put the photos of the platine
If anybody has an idea, I will appreciate a lot

    Thanks
    Yves67

Ok - Power OFF set your meter on ohms2000 and on the end with two pins
check the resistance on each transformer and post the results

On the side of the connection to the CCLF, pins 7 and 8
I found 484 ohms on one transfo and 473 on the other one
On the other side, pins 1 to 6, found zero between any pins ??

They look to be ok - we look for them to be within 3% of each other.

Do you have another monitor that you could try the ccfl bulbs in?

Do you have any spare ccfl bulbs or an old monitor or laptop even with a cracked screen?

I have one other lcd, which is working
but I don't have any spare ccfl bulbs
do you think it is the ccfl bulbs ?
at the start time, the four cclf bulbs are on and the picture is good
after two minutes, all the four cclf are off

It could be the bulbs or the wiring.

Turn down the brightness on the monitor and see if it stays on longer.

If you type ILPI-068 into the "search" facility in the bar above you will see a few threads which might help. They use the same power board.

It is not expensive and I have ordered it
will see with the new board
I have read the posts about ILPI-068 but there is no solution...
I will post the result as soon as I got the new board

I hope that is a spelling mistake otherwise you may have the wrong board?
Perhaps you should have tested the bulbs/wiring first

Yes, it can be bad wiring on the lamp assemblies:

                                    Hello
I made some progress, I opened the other Hyndia LCD and connect the lamps to the other one, and it is working....
that means that the problem is in the lamps
may I connect one lamp from one screen and the other to the other one ?
                                    are the lamps independant ?
                                    Thanks

Not absolutely sure what you mean.

You can disconnect one lamp at a time and connect one from the other machine, to try and find which is faulty.

I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
                                          1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
                                          2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
                                          3. Problem: TV shuts down

The laptop was turned off because the MOSFET was not transmitting voltage. After checking it turned out that the gate pin on the MOSFET was the problem, because it was producing an inappropriate voltage. and it was discovered that the problem was with the Think engine, so I decided to reprint each pin, and finally the mosfet could work properly. However, there is another problem, even though the voltage has been supplied to the laptop, it still won't turn on, there isn't even an LED indicator. After double...

Sometimes, my computer stops playing music, stops videos (starts buffering on youtube), there is no sound in games and when I minimize the game window and return to the game there is a black screen with window borders...

                                          Good morning,
I have a problem with Lenovo T580, which after error code 0288 suggests a problem with the display. I checked the display and it works on another laptop. I replaced the display cable with a new one. I programmed another BIOS (downloaded from this forum) and I still have the problem of a dead display - there is an image via HDMI, and the system does not detect the built-in LCD at all. The problem appears to be hardware. What can I check to confirm or disprove this? I found many threads on the Internet related to this problem 0288, but without specific solutions. Please advise....

                                          Dell 15R-5521 keyboard problem (KBC?)

Hello, I have a Dell 15R-5521, with the problem that the Ctrl, Alt, Shitf and Num Lock keys do not work, I tested the keyboard with a keyboard tester and it is functional, I also got another new keyboard and the computer has the same problem with the same keys. Check continuity between the ZIF connector from the keyboard to the KBC and all pins are correct. I cleaned the ZIF connector and the KBC and I still have the same problem. I reinstalled windows just in case, and it didn't work. I updated the BIOS to the latest version A16 and there were no changes.
