When looking for an inverter transformer as a replacement for one that I can't find. What are the important measurements to look for on the data sheet to compare one to the other?

I assume you have checked places such as http://www.lcdparts.net/T.aspx ?
Interestingly their cross-reference chart only talks about resistance of primary and secondary, perhaps that is all you need to take into account...
But I would assume size, current capability etc may also be important. Might want to wait for more details from someone else too."Tantalum for the brave, Solid Aluminium for the wise, Wet Electrolytic for the adventurous"

If they are Multi pin transformers.as opposed to larger .normally one on a PCB,with 2 primary pins for each half,and 2 secondary pins for each half, then in most cases,they would need to be wired to the same pins as the original,depending on the connections on the bottom of the PCB.Comment

Hello, I search this connector (oxydated).
It's a fpc zif low profile connector. It come from camera sensor, it is very small : 0.3mm between 2 pins.
I ordered 2 from Aliexpress called « 0.3mm pitch » but one was 0.5mm between 2 pins and the other 0.6mm. In fact « 0.3mm pitch » seams to be the pad width and not the distance between 2 pins.
I can't find it. The other websites like mouser dont show the datasheet, and I can't check if it is 0.3mm between 2 pins ?
Do you know how to find this connector please ? What is the exact name for find it ?

Hello, I came here after finding some similar questions asked on other monitors and hope someone here can help me get an ancient Viewsonic VP230mp (23" 4:3 LCD) back to working condition.
First a little background, I have a background in computer and electrical engineering, and I'm smart enough to know I know nothing about LCD displays and how they work. For this topic I'm as green as they come.

I have a tripp-lite aspint 3636vr inverter charger which blow some of mosfet transistors. I replaced them repaired also the driver circuit and tested but the mosfets burn again.
It work very well as inverter and also as charger if I let the rear switch in auto mode (inverter) and charger only(charging) but in auto when I connect the feed line 220V AC first time it pass ok to line and start charging the batteries but when I remove the feed line it pass to inverter mode and if I do it again the second time when passing from charging to inverter the Main transformer start making a...03-06-2023, 07:07 AM -
For some reason I'm just not going to let this 19" TV defeat me. I guess because I have a schematic to work from I feel like I'm oh so close.
History- while adding a turn-on circuit I let a small screw roll under the power board. Worked through all of that circuitry, probably replacing a MOSFET and PWM controller that were not bad but I was following the service manual. Finally figured out that the power supply is in working order when the inverter section (for the backlights) is disconnected. When the +12 supply to the inverter is disconnected the +12 and +5 will come up... -
I have a failed inverter board, 316827000001-R0A from an Acer Aspire Z5700 AIO PC. (I know I am asking this question under TV's and video sources as I believe it is more relevant here than under PC's and I hope that is not an issue)
The transformers have failed and I am struggling to identify them or find a suitable replacement for them. The only code printed on them is 273001050372 10252. (Please see attached pictures)
Any advise or suitable compatible replacements would be most welcome, and thank you in advance....
