Sony STR-DE635 EQ mutes everything

I got this thing for free, it has a problem with the Equalitzer-function: it mutes the sound. The previous owner's kid pushed the buttons in random order and the problem appeared. I have done the factory reset, but it did not help.

If the Factory reset didn't solve the issue it may be a DSP issue.
Try the DSP TEST MODE.
