Could be a mismatch in the I/O signals.....output level to high for the inputs.......the output transistors overloading and breaking down due to poor solder connections.....improper cooling for the output transistors.....weak capacitor...de-coupling and/or power supply.

After I changed all the capacitors and check all the Transistors. It is still doing the same thing relay clicks on and off???

I spend too much time on this Amp, before I give it up, I jump the relay with 0.1 ohm resistors, Now, it works OK!

Yes, The problems must be in the polyester film capacitors because I neglected them all. You should've told me. First!..................

How did you come to that conclusion? That cap in the Youtube is for the Capacitive power supply, your JBL uses power transformer.
That relay is for timer circuit that will put unit in standby after about 15 minutes if it does not detect audio input signal.
So if you are going to by pass the relay contact, you should use jumpers.

So you are going to test ALL the polyester caps or trying to find the cause of the problem using the schematic?

No, It not gonna pay for my time and customer have been taken away This JBL amp which quality is very poor like Chinese product, If it made in USA, I will!

PS: Bill is $60. (For reference only) The JBL SCS125 PCB used a lot of transistors which needs the principle of transistor work theory is not easy for me to troubleshooting maybe is easy for budm, I think! look easy reality is not!

im still learning myself and trying to understand schematics etc but in electronics etc its constantly changing technology so we will always be learning i guess, budm as hes said before has a good few years in the electronics scene, i have only been doing this as a hobby for the last 10 years or so im glad of forums like this and members who take time to explain things for us, i have learnt a lot and like a lot of the projects you do too as im doing this on a budget so use the cheaper tools/equiptment side of things.

Guests take things to repair, they do not have a lot of patience generally things have to be repaired within a week so I do not have a lot of time to test or use the instrument to do failure analysis.

PS: I have a friend he only repairs things quickly if it spends more than two hours he would stop and turn to something else to fix, because we all need to make at least $100 A day to pay Rent and overhead.

PS: Can you imagine a month average $1,2000. How many things I need to repair? A hobby turn into make living.................

subtract taxes, fees, rent, replacement equipment and your 2.6 million look like a mere 260.000 over that period. That makes about 43 Grand a year. That's it.
