remove pcb operation board from fridge candy

hi to all i have the pcb you can see from the fotos
in the plug included in the red circle I have two pins that are burnt black and connected to the thermostat contact my question is how does this board come out I imagine I have to peel off the mask from the front that includes the malfunction lights etc but I don't know if I have to use heat and also what glue I will use to re-glue it and secondly what could have caused this blackening on the plug pins bad contact of the thermostat that made an arc and passed a lot of current momentarily maybe it needs to be changed

thats the trim panel from above the door i think - so you need to see how it's held on to the metal

the thermostat has a long tube full of alcahol going to the main area of the fridge,
the alcahol expands with temperature and triggers the switch - if that tube is crushed or leaks it wont work

something last i want to ask i measure the pins 4 of thermostat between them and all the pins have 0 ohm resistor between them is this logical ?
i noticed from the pcb circuit one contact is for the N signal neutral and the other contact is for the secondary signal is going to one pin of electrolytic capacitor100 uf 16volt - signal
          Something is going wrong
except if and the thermostat has two contacts nc when it is not activate with common point
