I have a multi-colored RGB lamp that constantly switches to different colors. Can you tell me how to make it so that only white light constantly glows?

simplest way is probably to short the collectors of the three transistors QR QB QG (collectors are the pins nearest to those Qx letters) together and to the white wire, GND.
