is there no one who wants or is interested to help for this thread? don't know how they work probably they are divided in three blocks of 16 joints at a time. i have tested with ledtester which gives 23v for the whole board which has 54 joints. i don't manage to light a single one to get the value please if someone who knows i am very grateful

Take a better picture of the transformer data plate so I can read the entire thing the picture that you posted is not very clear to read everything
Also take a picture of the back of the circuit board so I can what it looks like9 PC LCD Monitor
6 LCD Flat Screen TV
30 Desk Top Switching Power Supply
10 Battery Charger Switching Power Supply for Power Tool
6 18v Lithium Battery Power Boards for Tool Battery Packs
1 XBox 360 Switching Power Supply and M Board
25 Servo Drives 220/460 3 Phase
6 De-soldering Station Switching Power Supply 1 Power Supply
1 Dell Mother Board
15 Computer Power Supply
1 HP Printer Supply & Control Board * lighting finished it *
These two repairs where found with a ESR meter...> Temp at 50*F then at 90*F the ESR reading more than 10%
1 Over Head Crane Current Sensing Board ( VFD Failure Five Years Later )
2 Hem Saw Computer Stack Board
All of these had CAPs POOF
All of the mosfet that are taken out by bad caps

Re: Led spotlight 220-240W-50Hz max30W
Here is two pages of the data that I could find of the ZC811C ic chip
This ic chip one of the pin when looking at with the print so you can read the print the pin on the most left pin look like it not a good connection to the board
You can find this ic chip on eBay

Re: Led spotlight 220-240W-50Hz max30W
There 9 parallel strings 6 in series @ 2.5 volt LEDs = 15.5 volts power supply voltage
So if the LED driver ic chip is defective or there is an issue with the switching power supply or you have LED ic chips over current or do not light at all or very dim these are going to be most of your issues unless you have bad soldering jointsLast edited by sam_sam_sam; 10-08-2022, 08:27 AM.9 PC LCD Monitor
