Laser CNC, board MPC6515 driver panel PAD03 V1.2. In PAD03 V1.2 quartz resonator is broken. question - to what frequency was it. I try 12MHz but not succes.

Re: Laser CNC
I will try another frequencies. I'm using now an 8MHz quartz resonator now, it shows the same message, but currently I don't have a communication checking machine. I will check on popular frequencies while in the company.Last edited by warsztat; 09-01-2022, 10:20 PM.Comment

Re: Laser CNC
Check and see if it has a low voltage detection ic chip because some micro controller use this type of device and it will cause it to keep trying to restart in a loop
It would be located on the 5 volt rail near the micro controller input pin the device is normally a 3 pin device look at the data sheet for what would a low voltage detection circuitLast edited by sam_sam_sam; 09-02-2022, 04:43 AM.Comment

by corrizeHello, I have a Fujifilm hybrid camera with an issue : the time don't run. I set 12:00 and 3 min later, the same : 12:00
I saw an obvious root cause : a broken quartz (resonator). But with the box broken, I can't read the marking code. Probably : 464… or A64…
I found on the web a picture of the same camera board but with marking code very different. Probably : A7…5N
I'm searching another one for compare…
Do you have an idea or another way for find the frequency of this resonator please ?

by pc_okayHello friends,
Its been a while, i wish you an happy new year 2025 !
I have this laptop doesn't start, power light up a second when pluging USB-C charger.
Laptop take 0.11A.
All signals and voltages before SLP_S4# are OK but no SLP_S4# , S3...
I get no oscilation on XTAL 32.768 KHZ
Battery is not charging but charging led is here.
PCH heat at 30° approximatively. (with no heatsink)
I think this crystal might be dead, i have only boardview giving me this: XTAL 32.768KHZ 12.5PF/20PPM.
It's a 2 pins Crystal.

by DannyxGood day folks.....wow, seems like forever since I posted anything here
Still alive and well, thank you
I guess you could say I've become more independent and able to work stuff out on my own. This one though goes way over my head and I doubt is fixable, but maybe some bright spark out there has an equally bright idea.
So: my Hilti PD30 laser meter quit on me just the other day. It was working fine, I set it down for a while and when I tried using it again it gave me an E276 and wouldn't do anything else. I tried taking out the batteries, all that standard stuff but nothing... -
by dansityHello,
i got a Dewalt laser measure which uses the 12V batteries to operate. The laser measure is faulty and I want to attempt a repair, never fixed such thing before. You might see a different topic if I fail with the repair
However I do not have dewalt batteries nor want to buy one for 140EUR as the laser tool might have some chance that it is very hard to repair or unrepairable.
I want to power it from my PSU.
The tool has 3 input pins, on the battery it is marked with B-, B+ and ID/TH.
i want to know what is the third pin exactly and what do I need... -
by sam_sam_samI saw this on
“How do they do it “
The laser was measuring the diameter and the height of the product and the weight of the product and it was a straight line laser light across the the conveyor belt ( this is all that was shown in the video clip of the laser that was used )
What type of product is this that can do this
I want to thank anyone that knows what of laser this is - Loading...
