Hi, does anyone in this world has the LATEST ENGLISH version Software of RT809H Universal Programmer. I download S/W from its site but my Windows 10 always gives message of Virus threats (Trojan) & then disable this software. Please help with a Latest Clean ENGLISH Version, I would appreciate. Thank you

There is a redirect link to the setup in the 'description' section.

If after install it is still in Chinese, go to the language tab (last one on the right in tab bar and select English).

First install the file downloaded from "Software download". Once complete, run the setup downloaded from "Newest Patch Download".

After downloading the software from the site that is under the programmer www.ifix.net.cn my antivirus detected 3 trojans in the software. What the f? How can the official site have viruses? Can we do something about it?

The links I provided in previous posts didnt report any virus. I only got virus warning from the official link.

This software was downloaded from the HCLRF.com website and the folder is 382MB. The infection is the .exe file.

HKLRF apparently has a trojan now too.

Why put a virus in a well known programmer tool though? HKLRF answered my e-mail:

Dear Sir:

The download link if from original factory, we didn't meet this problems before.
You need to close the antivirus software when you download the software.

Apparently only I mentioned the virus to them, no one else. I replied to them:

You need to sort this out. Please contact the software supplier because the software you have in your site contains a virus. Get back to me with an answer because I will not disable my antivirus for a programmer I have already paid.

Their answer:

Dear Sir:

You must close the antivirus software when you download the software, that's what the factory said.
If you don't trust that, you can go to the official web of the factory to check.

Unbelievable customer service. The original software is a trojan, why are they getting away with it still?

Well I know for many years that Norton antivirus is qualifying some good proggies or exe files as a virus or a Trojan or a Backdoor threat.

So , yes , I sometimes shut off Norton when I want to download something.
But I don't know what antivirus software you are using

It's possibly a false positive, upload TV boot extract.exe to virustotal.

i'v seen similar problems recently,
chinese company's all use windows and company machines getting infected with shit is unfortunatly common.

inve downloaded both software and patch from hklfr and scanned with nod32 antivirus and i got 0 virus or trojan.

It's mentioned software was downloaded from hklrf. So I would assume link is same as in post #2
