It's a piece of wire! use the center conductor from a piece of coax (rg59 or rg6) if you don't have any scrap wire around.

Just cut the paper clip down to size and just solder it in and get it over with, that piece of wire looks to be connected to Gate of the MOSFET, that is why I ask for pictures) so any piece of wire will work.

Not that it matters -- just use an insulated or not piece of 22AWG wire -- but that device looks like an IC since it has 5 pins...

whole top and bottom of board.
this board has 24v, 15v and 5.3v~ but 5.3v is not working

Did you replace the wire? The thread is getting too long to just dealing with piece of wire.

I just received 24AWG wire and replaced it~
Lucky~ fixed it and have screen now.
