    CAP- esr value?

    Hello again,
I'm using my dick smith ESR meter to measure a cap. Measured out of circuit. Its a 200volt, 470 u ohm electroylitc. I measure .99 on the meter.
The chart of the front says this:
    at 100volts = .05
    at 250volts = .3

I'm sort of in between with 200volts. What would you say would be the worst case esr for this cap? Thanks!

    200V should be .2ish.
Same s0lid from XS and 2cpu forums.

sOlid is right. A good 470 @ 200volts should read between .1 to .2 , but at .99 , that cap is on the way out.
