Yes..diif is right......Cyber.Police Ransomware is Fake Virus. Old post here. diif said "Its not real ransomware. Its scamware. Easily removed in safe mode. " ...........Because of the indecent photos let us lost mind and calm down to think...........

a Windows PE boot disk or Linux boot Disk,(Ive used this((The Trinity Rescue Kit)) takes out Windows 7 password countless times.). It will be possible use other- OS- bootable- USB- stick boots into Android OS and takes out the Fake Virus and save the precious personal informations.

Its possible. Its not as easy as plug in the USB and boot though. The firmware update was "crafted" so the firmware could find it at boot and load it.
Here is the SoC page. https://linux-sunxi.org/Allwinner_SoC_Family

I have got openSUSE booting on a azpen 10 inch tablet before. https://linux-sunxi.org/Bootable_OS_images

If you press the power button on the laptop does it put up the device options ?
Press and hold "Power off", it should offer you the option to boot in safe mode.

Amazon shows the CLP290 as having a 4GB solid state. I'm guessing it will be some type of Flash and not a HDD.

              Re: Cyber.Police Ransomware Fake Virus

CLP290C-RD has HDD not the slimbook CLP290 which has 4 GB Solid-State Drive (SSD).

              Read:
So does it cost more to recover data from an SSD? According to Lee, Kroll Ontrack treats SSDs as HDDs when it comes to initial evaluation and recovery cost. The company relies on its extensive suite of customized tools to recover data from SSDs.

Recovering data from an SSD is hardly a cut-and-dry affair, as vendor-specific SSD designs and the incorporation of built-in encryption technologies bring challenges.

You keep calling it a CLP290 not the -RD.

You didn't by any chance have USB debugging enabled?

Nintendo Switch Oled HEG-001: Second-Stage Boot Failure
                      by privato89
                      Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a HEG-001 motherboard that is unable to complete the Second-Stage Boot. I'd like to start directly with my conclusion, which is the decision to replace the MAX77621AEWI chip, and understand if it could be a correct evaluation.

Before I dive into the process that led me to this decision, I want to mention that I have a fully equipped lab where I can perform any kind of tests.

                      Let's begin:

Following some guides online, I tried to understand how the Boot phase of the Nintendo Switch works, and what are the...

Xiaomi router freezes at boot after re-capping
                      by hinisa
I'm using Xiaomi Router 4A gigabit edition as wireless repeater. It worked fine for 2 years or so, but last week, wireless started to disappear.

When I unplug/replug the power, it was working fine for a day/half a day or so until it freezes again.

After testing with different power supply adapters and concluding it wasn't the issue I finally opened the case and this was the situation:

Anyway I proceed to clean up the mess and replace all caps but unfortunately it made the situation worse. Now router can't even boot, either it freezes during...

Samsung un82ru88000f - Boot loop sort of but can correct with taping of LVDS ribbon
                      by NolesFan
Hello all... TV started boot looping. Opened the back panel and tried to isolate the problem. Just PSB no boot loop. PSB and MB no boot loop. Plug in the LVDS from panel to MB and boot looping starts up. It doesnt matter of order that I plug the LVDS ribbons back in, only 1 and no boot loop but as soon as 2nd one plugs in boot looping. I then noticed a flicker on the screen when I was closing the clip on the harness to the LVDS. Shut the lights off so I can see better, and I noticed as i slowly close it, I will get a picture, but as soon as it clips in, I lose picture and booting happens. So I...

Samsung 55" TV - Boot loop but sometimes works fine - UE55MU6470U
                      by torchzack
Hi Team - just joined to see if anyone can offer some expertise in diagnosing an issue with a TV.

I've done a few hours googling and youtubing but just seeing if anyone has any insight here. I got a 55" Samsung UE55MU6470U which seems to boot loop and then after 10 mins will boot, work for a few minutes, then turn off and repeat.

Whilst it's on into the normal Samsung menu/boot screen it looks perfect - so I can't see there being any screen issues. I've seen lots of videos with taping across clock lines to diagnose which particular one may be an issue but i don't...
