    Biglite led driver mbd001 Over Volatage

    i have a Biglite led driver.

    specification
    model:MBD001

    Input: 100-265VAC 50/60Hz
    Outout: 80-90VDC










    how come now the output is 125VDC...
    how can i fix this?

    first i check the 3 caps. all has been ok

    Any Solutions?

    is this 125v with the leds connected?

    btw, you have some cracked solder joints, resolder all the ones with a faint ring around them.

      Thanks for you Advice.

      i do it. not luck.

      i check the voltage out. i notice fluctuate the voltage the meter 125v reading prove the 123V the 125V...


      advice to fix this?

        I think you are getting 125Vdc because it has no load, the 80~90V rating is probably if it has working LED string connected to the output, LED power supply is the constant source power supply. Did you verify that the LEDs are OK?
        Any more details you have about this LED driver and the LEDs strings?
        You should also provide good clear straight shot pictures of the top and bottom side of the board.

          I test new used working LED Panel. same problem if i used this led driver kit? Flicker then normal then after 3 sec. flicker.

            Is the LED panel made to be used with that power supply? What kind of panel is it?

                  Now I know how to Fix and I Share the Simple Knowledge to newbe's and other not know how to fix this BigLight Led Light Driver.
                  Flickering Problem. replace 2 Capacitor on the following area main filter 150Uf/400V and output Filter Cap 100uf/100v. with Circle Red see. the image attach below

                      I am surprised that what you found on the output Voltage swing was only a couple of Volts, I expected a lot more if it has bad caps, may be your does not have fast response.
