Need Audio Driver for Thomson P14C4BK128 (Windows 10/11)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for help finding the correct audio driver for my Thomson P14C4BK128 laptop.
The sound is not working properly, and I believe the audio driver is missing or not installed correctly.

Here are the details:

• Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

Since Thomson doesn't provide drivers, let's figure out what audio device the laptop has. Press Ctrl+R simultaneously, then type msinfo32 and press the enter key on your keyboard. Go to Components>Sound Device, then take a screenshot of that page and upload it in a reply.

The Everest I2S drivers are available from Microsoft here. To update the driver, open Device Manager, right-click the Everest I2S Codec Audio Device, click Update Driver, click Browse My Computer for Drivers, and navigate to the folder the driver you downloaded is in.
