    Rusted fans

So, I'm recovering these PCs and two of them had rust in one of the fans. First, one wasn't so bad, but the second, well I'll let you see for yourself (pictures in the attachments). Has anyone encountered something like this? I have to say that this is a first one for me. I did fix the fan, but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures... I might open it up tomorrow, if I'm not too lazy.
P.S. The fan is from a delta PSU, though I can't remember the model. Oh, and yes, it did have bad caps.

Extreme humidity does that. I have seen it once or twice.

I do live in a city near the coast, but the air isn't very moist. However, I don't know where the computer was used. All I know is that it belonged to some company or institution. At first I though that maybe it was on an oil rig or a ship, but surprisingly enough the hard drives weren't taken out.
Anyway, here are the pictures I promised, sorry for the delay.
The first two pictures were while the fan was dry. The brown color in second two pictures is because of the oil (and probably the light too).

                  Asus Strix-G15-G513RM fans don't work
                  by b-slayer
                  Hi everyone,

I have an Asus Strix-G15-G513RM, who starts normally, but as the fans don't work, it stops and is really really hot,
The Bios was the latest one, (327), but I managed to downgrade it to version 325 to see if it changed something,
(as I read somewhere that a corrupted bios can explane my problem), but nothing, it just went full blow during the downgrade,
(so now, i can say that the fans are fonctionnal), but as it restarted, the fans won't turn at all again.

ah, and in the Bios, even when the temperature is really hot, the fan are a 0 rpm,...

RTX3090 working fine but fans not spinning
                  by emil_t
Hello guys. I have a problem with a PNY XLR8 GAMING RTX3090 graphics card. The problem is that it displays and works fine, but the fans don't spin at all. The problem occurred when someone else removed the fans in order to clean it and broke one of the fan connectors. He replaced it himself and after that, it wasn't working anymore. I guess he damaged something else in the process. What i have done so far: I found 2 capacitors next to the connector that were in a bad shape, he must have touched them with his tools - they weren't shorted, but i replaced them with similar ones from a similar card....

                  Good Afternoon, Good People.

I know this will be an elementary little project for most if not all of you, but I thought I would write a post and get put on track, rather than bumbling my way through it with all kinds of trials and errors.

I REALLY would appreciate y'alls help.

This is the problem - My wife and I purchased a big ol Victorian/Colonial House in NYC two years ago. The kitchen is surrounded on 3 sides by exterior walls, there is also a 1/4 of the kitchen floor (ceramic tiles) that has a crawl space underneath, and the kitchen gets FREEZING cold...

LG 55UH6150- trouble powering up, then half lit screen (pictures!)
                  by valvashon
The 55" LG has been in the basement for a few months without being used. Turned it on yesterday, set came on as it should and showed a complete screen for about 5 seconds (was on a broadcast channel but no antenna was connected), then the screen went mostly dark with about 1/3 of the screen on the right lighting up with brighter lines in that lit part (sorry, no pictures of that). Power LED was cycling too, preventing the TV from fully powering up.
Pulled the back off, all boards looked OK. Pulled the LED connector, turned the set on to see if it would power up but I don't belive it...
