It's a very expensive clone of an oooold esr meter.. i forget now the name.

Not worth the money - for that amount you can get a complete LCR meter with ESR measurement capability.



ps. my memory may fail me, i may be thinking of another similar design and it could be just a clone of this BK Precision 881 meter: http://www.amazon.com/Precision-881-..._sim_sbs_hi_10

BK Precision may have purchased the design from a company - they oem a lot of their products.

This tester has DCR method before measure the ESR. that is the different from others as I have ever read. But this is EXPENSIVE for hobbyist
