Can a 2kv ceramic disc cap be replaced with a 3kv caps

Just quickly. I need to replace a 2kv 271k 270nf ceramic disc cap on a crt transformer board.
Can I use a 3kv equivalent instead.
It means I only need to buy a packet of 10 rather than 50. 9 spares is better than 49.

yes higher voltage is ok if it will fit.

voltage rating is max voltage,

That means it can be used for less than 3kv but not more than,
The same apply's for the 2kv cap, 2kv or less is ok but more than is not allowed.

2K 271K is 2KV: 271 = 270pF, K= 10%, not 270nF.

Thanks for the quick answer JOSHNZ. I figured that, just wanted to make sure the rule for electrolytic caps didn't apply to these, and wanted to hear it from someone who knew.
