Simple Question 4nf 400nf

This might be a stupid question but I can't find an answer online. I have a multimeter that test's caps (Craftsman 82175), it's got two ranges for cap test's 4nf or 400nf. I don't what that is in Uf.

I need to know what 4nf is in UF and what 400nf is in uf? I assume 400nf would test the larger 1000UF caps? What ranges of UF caps can I test in those two NF's?

4nf= .004uf

400nf= .4uf

Therefore, you can test caps up to 0.4uf. No, you won't be able to test a 1000uf cap.
