Hi, looking for some help with a Honton HT-1212 I have bought if possible, I bought it off eBay as faulty due to the last owner messing with the settings so it will would no longer work (I have tried a Rex C100 from another machine of mine and it works with this controller), It has a Rex-C10 PID controller fitted but I am unable to find the correct manual for this controller, I can find a manual that says it is for the Rex C10 as well as the Rex C100 etc but the setting names of some of the settings are different the first 2 settings on my Rex-C10 are HP and LP, does anyone have the correct manual or the same machine with the Rex C-10 controller that could look at the settings and let me know what they should be. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

Re: Honton HT-1212 help
I'm guessing the instructions are for the genuine PID controller and you have a clone hence the reason they don't align. The clones have features/settings missing from the original.
I have a 2020 but it uses a different controller. -

Re: Honton HT-1212 help
I see you have it working, I found this manual for a Bird lucky kit 777, that uses the rex- c10, Here is the manual and page 16 has a bit of an explanation of 3 parameters. Maybe it will help?Attached FilesComment

by master3112I have an ASUS ROG Strix- G513IH-HN008, motherboard G513-6050A3249301- MB-A04 (A4)
When I received the device, the device has no function. After an investigation, I found that the PWM CONTROLLER RT6575B (U6100) is getting warm and there is a short circuit at the 3V3 output. This normally supplies 3V3 for the embedded controller IT5571E-128 (U301). When measuring and analyzing with a thermal imaging camera, I found that some components are damaged: SLG4E42553VTR (U8500), IT5571E-128 (U301), LAN RTL8111H (U450), LOGIC 74LVC1G08GW (U1900), RT6575B (U6100) All these components are on... -

by ronnygraciasThe treadmill was working fine, one day the belt snapped and after checking the unit I also noticed that the display is now showing the Controller comm error. So I opened it up and the treadmill had two boards. One is a power supply board and the other is the motor controller. I noticed there was a mouse nest, so I took power supply board out, cleaned it up, replaced the big capacitor and that did nothing. Then I took apart the motor controller and cleaned that up, and when I plugged it in, it started right up. I thought I fixed it. But when the belt arrived, I installed it and tried to power...4 Photos

by madan1Hello everyone.
Got a catalyst 2960 from the usual scrapyard - ebay.
It is stuck in bootloop and the power supply is missing the 3.3v rail. (+12V, -53V, +3.3V)
Some green moisture crystallization on mainboard, which cleared very well with IPA and visually there is nothing rusted or gone.
Still working on the PSU to get the 3.3v rail back (waiting for parts), but for now I'm using an external buck converter board hooked up to the 12V rail ( by the way, the switch seems to be working with only 12V ).
The switch fails to boot due to the following POST error:...-

by sam_sam_samI recently bought a used tankless hot water heater and the controller board is completely dead no power up when power is applied the display board works however the main controller board does not work correctly at all the fuse is good
I bought a used replacement controller board that also had issues that I was able to fix and now the tankless water heater works correctly now
However I would like to know if I could figure what happened to this controller board if possible
Tomorrow I will take some better pictures of both side of both boards
