depends what you got or what you can get. Maybe you can buy just a eeprom preprogrammed, so you'd just have to swap it out. OR a new main board. You can try to freeze the eeprom with a can of air upside down, then turn the TV on. See if it will boot all the way. If you have a programmer (something like a TL866 or similar) you can purchase a replacement eeprom, look for a dump file for this TV and do up a epprom yourself. I did look around on the quick for a dump file, but couldn't find one for this particular TV.
when eeprom spi flash turn on and send script 3.3 V to PSU to start. this issue never being fault at eeprom or spi. as its run and give signal. the next will be the Soc handle to load its firmware. and those not at eeprom.
in short this issue BGA on Soc or firmware. which easy to reset it in LG with INSTOP command if the tv response to RC if not then upgrade can be done or the INSTOP via UART to send.
IMPORTANT:
These main boards can have multiple failures, in addition to the EEPROM.
If EEPROM replacement does not repair your board, there are likely additional problems.
Symptoms EEPROM replacement MAY fix:
- On screen display is stuck on logo screen
- TV won’t power on with remote or buttons (LED indicator remains same color)
- TV won’t turn on after being off for 30+ minutes
- TV shuts off by itself during channel scan or when switching inputs
- TV turns on and is stuck in color test pattern mode forever
- TV turns on but there is no backlight (LED indicator shows TV is on but there is no image)

hahah i cant see SJ here but its so nice to add this at first point - On screen display is stuck on logo screen...
I am not saying that Diah is totally wrong. There are instances where a simple reflow of the main IC causes the TV to work again, BUT yet Samsungs do fail stuck on the start up screen and it was the eeprom causing the issue. I know this is an LG, but "it could be an eeprom issue" to me remains.
