Ok I got another logic board and I installed it

It did not fix the problem
Still a black screen

I jumpered number 3 and 4 on the 4pin connector and disconnected the cable from the main board

And again I did NOT get any test pattern

Im going to order the xmain board since the voltage is not correct

I already bought every other board so buying this board at this point wont matter

All is left is the main board

No test pattern available with lit up screen is a fault I have only encountered when the Va voltage or data connections to the panel are missing or the panel is completely dead. But there are 15 drive packs on a 1080p panel like yours and for all of them to fail would be very unlikely.

I would be surprised if it is the X-main board, unless the control board is sensing a fault and disabling the video output but leaving the Y-main alive, which would be a strange design.

As I said I have not encountered this fault before and can't be sure. There is always a chance your replacement control board has the same fault. I've had an average 25% bad board rate from eBay.

The only thing that can diagnose this is an oscilloscope, any chance you have one or can beg/borrow/steal one?

Here is the pic of the o scope
The "electronics guy" says it can only measure as high as 5v times 8 divisions and

5v peak to peak

That scope will be fine, did you get an actual scope probe with it (with a tip and ground lead) and does your probe have a 1X/10X setting?
