Add PS3s on that list. I barely managed to snag a CECHA01 model from the US, with the ability to pay duties before checkout.

I only hope it arrives here in Romania in good shape. I've already saved a good PSU (since these are known to run ZSSR furnaces that are worse in efficiency than a damn Deer) and a good bluray deck (BD410) for it.

IMHO 90's era PC's were the real birth of PC gaming; and some really nifty hardware and games spawned from that time.....that's why they're in such demand....it's when PC's became 'fun'!! Stuff older than that, what do you really do with them; realistically?!? Sit and watch the cursor blink....

Speaking of 90s PCs... I just recently got one to cobble together while I wait for the A01 to arrive.
        Just an ABIT TX5, a P233MMX (I wish I had a K6-2 in the 300-400 range but they're rare as it is by now), S3 Virge for 2D and Voodoo2 12MB for 3D.
Still gotta figure the HDDs and a OS for now but I do have a good collection of 8-20GB HDDs.

Cheapo JVC stereo, separate parts. Only fault seem to be the very dim display in the tuner. Amp had a "fault": stuck speaker selector, and both pairs are not designe Click image for larger version

A friend gave me his old Cent-Tech P37772 multimeter the other day because it wasn't working in continuity/diode mode anymore. I asked him if he had tried a new battery and he had, but it was some no name one that came with some guitar gear he had bought recently. I took it home and tried it out and nothing was working right. The diode reading was jumping all over the place and the voltage readings were off. If I checked a AA battery it would read 5V and if I hooked it to my bench power supply it would read consistently 5v higher than what I had it set to. Cleaned the contacts on the dial and nothing changed. I finally checked the 9V battery in it and it was reading 4V. I popped in a new energizer one and it works fine now so I got a multimeter for the cost of a 9V battery.
