Logitech X-530.... popping noises.

I recently purchsed a set of Logitech X-530 series speakers. The speakers are 5.1ch speakers and the sound quality is great.... after all, it did cost me $100AUD which wasn't too bad.
I have one problem with them though. They make a loud popping noise when someone turns on/off the lights which contain ballasts and electronic transformers. When a light is turned on, there is a small pop which is hardly noticeable. But when a light is turned off, I get a loud "pop" through the speakers.... and it's becoming a real pain.
With tube lighting, I can hear a small pop for every flash the light takes to turn on.
I turn the volume of the speaker down to the lowest and the pop emitted is still a loud pop.
I've also plugged the speakers into the 15A line for the Air conditioner to run and there is still a loud pop noise that is transferred through the speakers when a light with an electronic transformer or ballast is turned on/off.
Is there some way that I can get around this problem?? I don't know if anything like this exists but.... I was thinking of something like an EMI filter of some sort that plugs into the 240AC powerpoint and the speaker would be plugged into the back of that to eliminate the noise??
These speakers are still under warranty but I don't really want to have to dismantle the whole speaker setup and return it to the store. I have another set of Logitech speakers, Logitech R-20 series 2.1ch and they don't make a loud popping noise when the lights are turned on or off. Same goes with the Creative SBS370 2.1ch I had before the Logitech X-530 5.1ch, they didn't make a noise when the lights were switched on or off.
But the strange thing is that the Creative SBS370 and Logitech R20 speakers have an external wall wart type of power supply wheras this Logitech just has a power cord that is plugged into the wall.... which probably means that the power supply is inside the speaker/subwoofer.
But I also have another set of 2.1ch "Soloman" brand speakers that are plugged directly into 240VAC like the Logitech X530 and they do not make any popping noise when a light is turned on/off.
I don't know what going on here??

I personally am very happy right now and highly recommend trying the fix before you go buy new speakers
