I need help determining what this component is called? Also, where the best place to purchase them would be?

This will get you close, https://www.digikey.com/products/en/...=1&pageSize=25
you will need the diameter, height & lead spacing to get closer
The originals had a "Ripple Current @ Low Frequency" of 2.04~2.49, so I suspect any of the replacements should be okLast edited by R_J; 05-01-2020, 12:07 PM.Comment

Re: Need help with determining what this component is?
The thermistor vendor is Uppermost Electronic Industries. Inrush thermistors are sort of like fuses in the sense that they don't blow like that on their own. There must have been a short circuit "downstream" from them.PeteS in CA
Power Supplies should be boring: No loud noises, no bright flashes, and no bad smells.

The one cap does look a bit bulged and that could cause some issues, I would also check the igbt to see if any of the internal components are shorted. this looks like it is a vfd or some sort of speed controller.Comment

Brand/Model: SANYO MLS-3780
Manual: (Sorry search option not working on this PDF)
Hello guys, this autoclave running with 2 thermistors already connected TH1 and TH3(on CN1,CN2 sockets). One for the water temperture and second one for chamber temperature. But there is another emtpy socket for optional third thermistor CN2 wich is for TH2 for object temperature. I wanna add the third thermistor TH2 to CN2 socket. But i can't figure what model/brand/value i need to use. In manual document, there is no info about TH1 and TH3 model number... -

Problem: I need to purchase a mosfet chip from board 820-02100 M1 Pro, that is supposed to be Q5820 but according to Digikey, the schematic diagram I sent them, neither are relevant to the actual mosfet specification I sent them. I just basically need to find this mosfet to purchase, I cannot find it anywhere and am hoping someone could point me in the right direction without have to purchase this entire allusive board. Already checked with Digikey, Mouser, Aliexpress, eBay. Any suggestions?
Mosfet specs are as follows:

by Use2bavolvoI am having an issue with my wall oven temperature control is ~180f out of spec. The thermistor is measuring correctly but I noticed the ref voltage appears to be off. With the thermistor wires attached it's reading ~3.4vdc with the thermistor disconnected it's around I9.8vdc. my understanding is the temp is read off the resistance from the thermistor which leads me to believe the issue is with the ref voltage.
Another observation is the temp setting and readout at lower temps is way off meaning the oven thinks room temp is 300f and bake relay doesn't engage unless temp setting... -
by Quantum ICHello every one,
This TV came to me with the problem that it was totally dead.
The problem was the two MOSFETs and a fuse resistor in the power supply.
The original MOSFETs were KF7N50F and I repalced them with SLF65R700S2.
The original fuse resistor was 0.1 Ohm 1/2W. I didn't find a similar fuse resistor and I replaced it with 0.1 Ohm 5W ceramic resistor.
When I plug the TV the ST-BY LED turns on, when I press the power button on the TV, the ST-BY LED turns off and the TV doesn't turn on until the second time I press the power button is when the TV turns on,... -
by fab13Hi there,
I have a fat PS4 with the fuse (5a) of the power supply which blows with each power on and there was a loud snap in the power supply and again the same problem after replacing the fuse.
I did not find a short circuit
The component that broke in two is an SCK 084 thermistor (See photo)
and measured at 11 ohm
So far I haven't received a thermistor.
Do you think that if I replace the thermistor and the fuse it should go away, because I have the impression that there is a strong current demand as soon as you press... - Loading...
