I recently received a few packets of different KZN and other series, some of them are labeled " country of origin " Japan, some say China. Is this normal and should I be worried?

Re: UCC made where?
Is it normal: I'm going to say "yes". Just because they are called "Japanese", most capacitors are going to be made in China or Taiwan, even if they are from Panasonic, Rubycon, or NCC. In general if a cap is "chinese" or "taiwanese" or "Japanese" typically is used to refer to the the company that makes them.
