    caliper shows 10mm diameter but im limited to where i can get any of these caps sence i dont have credit cards. im not in the buisness of repairings electronics so i dont have the knowledge and tools to test the psu...i could probe pins on output plugs if my multimeter wernt broken but im imagining proper testing would take an oscilloscope and other equipment. but anyway this information you guys gave is about all i can do till i find a reasonable money order source or something for all the caps needed.

      my caliper shows it is 10mm. now i just need to find a place that takes cashier checks for all these caps. i wont be able to test the psu my multimeter is bad and i dont have anything else.

        No such place exists as far as I know. You won't find a suitable replacement at any local store. It's only a handful of online places that carry suitable 3300uF 16V caps in 10mm diameter
        I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

        No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards
